From February 16 to February 22, Lambic Collection is celebrating everyone's favorite Maslenitsa holiday. Try pancakes from the weekday lunch menu from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.: — Pancakes with meat, served with sour cream. — Pancakes with homemade apple jam and cinnamon.  And the chocolate pancake cake with Belgian chocolate, which we serve with cherry compote, can be ordered anytime throughout the week!
