Sommelier Roman Meshitbaev is responsible for the wine list at Lambic Collection, which he compiled based on wine trends, adding everyone's favorite classics.
Simple, clear, and concise, it includes both popular wines and rare specimens. Add to this an impressive array of glasses, each of which will reveal the wine in a special way, and you can enjoy a wide range of flavors and aromas. The most popular wines were selected in a blind tasting: not just Prosecco, but the most aromatic and vibrant; not just Riesling from Mosel, but the one with the perfect balance of flavors. Or maybe you want to try a wine from Margaux at its peak or are looking for a serious 2008 vintage Champagne?
We are constantly improving our range and are ready to share our new discoveries with you every day!

Introducing the first menu update at Lambic Collection! Our chef, Ivan Negutarov, has created 15 new dishes that are the perfect accompaniment to the drinks on Lambic’s beer and wine lists! Let’s start our tour of the new dishes with the appetizers section — beef tartare with ndui sauce, steamed brioche with beef short ribs, turkey pâté, cheese croquettes with jamón, and beef brisket tacos. For salads, there’s a new mushroom salad with baby spinach, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms. In the main courses section, be sure to try the new mini burgers with a trendy presentation in pepper sauce or the burger with crispy dorado. For a group, we recommend the pork knuckle or the crispy-breaded sea bream with squid. In the guests’ favorite “Pasta” section, there are three new additions: shrimp ravioli, Roman-style carbonara, and spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. Our pastry chef, Angelina Morozova, has created three new desserts, and each one is worth trying: — Tiramisu: homemade savoiardi cookies with mascarpone mousse and caramel. — Belgian Waffle: a coffee mousse dessert shaped like a Belgian waffle. — Lemon Choux: two mousse pastries with a liquid center inside. We hope these new dishes will be a great excuse to get together with friends and family at Lambic Collection!
